We are looking for:
Job title: Jr. Developer
Technology: Ruby on Rails.
Work Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai.
Reporting to: Project Lead
CTC: INR 1,80,000 P.A.

RECRUITMENT CYCLE FOR CAMPUS DRIVE

Short listing of candidates based on the following criteria for aptitude test:
1. B.E./B. Tech IT or Comp Science

2. Good academic track record with minimum 60 % throughout the qualification would be
preferred.
3. A full time qualification is mandatory.
4. Candidates should be graduating in the year 2016 ONLY.
Σ Candidate has to score minimum 60 – 65% in aptitude test for the further process.
Σ Short listed candidates based on the result of aptitude test will be interviewed for
Technical test. They will be screened on the following parameters:
1. Exposure and understanding of OOPs concepts.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Ability to work quickly and to tight deadlines.

5. Willingness to learn.
Σ Candidate has to score 60% to clear the Technical interview.
Σ Short listed candidates based on the result of Technical interview will be screened
through HR round.

Joining date of selected candidates would be given after final round.
